Forge Motorsport are pleased to offer a Blow Off Valve (BOV) Adaptor for the Nissan Juke, Renault 1.2 litre Turbo engines and Smart Car ForTwo W453 Turbocharger 0.9L 2016.
The spacers were developed to produce the great atmospheric BOV sound that is expected from your turbocharged vehicle, although normally lacking on your vehicle. This CNC machined spacer, made from solid billet aluminium, gives you that sound you have been looking for. When letting off the throttle you get that sweet and satisfying “whoosh” letting everyone know your vehicle is in fact turbocharged.
It has been designed to work with the original electrically controlled solenoid (Electronic Valve Part No. 144839204R) and utilises high quality O-rings for a perfect seal. Your car is equipped from the factory with a recirculating style turbocharger valve which allows the charge air to be routed around the turbocharger from the boost side back to the intake side. The downside to this style of system is it recirculates the hot air back into the intake side of the turbo, increasing temperatures. When equipping a vehicle with a Blow Off Adaptor like ours, it helps remedy this issue. This great solution for open air venting includes everything you will need for the install.

I love this diverter valve now BOV it makes it into a big blow off valve in a tiny car and doesn't cause any of the side effects of venting to atmosphere like some cars get when it's not programmed into the ECU. it's just install and go. The car feels like snapper you the benefits of building boost quick and just as quick venting and building it back up. My car feels like it can never over boost and not release it fast enough.
Fantastic product. Fit my 2017 sentra sr turbo like a glove, and I love the fact that the new bolts are hex head and not t30.

Installs easy and actually works as should
I have a Sentra SR turbo. It’s very easy install, great fit, great increased sound. The shipping was surprisingly fast. I would recommend this part and company anyone.
Easy install, would of been better to let the engine cool off, but I was so excited to hear it.
Installed on my 1.6L Sentra SR Turbo (same motor as the Juke) works great love the sound easy installation!
Valve spacer is compatible with Nissan Sentra SR Turbo. Noticed a increase BOV sound as well. No check engine light and no lag. Thanks for a great product.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.

All Deliveries are sent via Fedex. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as all orders are up to shipper schedules and routes. Delivery fee is a Flat Rate of $20 fo all orders over $20. Orders below that value are costed out based on weight. Signature required may be added to your package. Orders can not be re-directed, held, or re-scheduled.
Shipping outside of the Lower 48- Duty Charge Information
All Forge products are sold with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status and an import tariff may apply to your order. Customers will be contacted by the Customs and Excise authority in the destination country regarding payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information be submitted with the order to facilitate this part of the delivery process.
